How do I install the wall mount?
The wall mount comes with all the necessary accessories for easy installation, including nails, screws, hooks, a measuring ruler, a levelling tool and so on. It is suitable for plasterboard, brick walls, and concrete walls. A detailed installation guide is included in the package to assist you step-by-step.
Do I need to drill holes for installation?
Yes, for optimal stability and safety, we recommend using the provided screws to secure the mount to the wall. Please note that all hook mounting positions on the frame have already been pre-drilled, so no additional drilling on the frame is required.
Is there a non-drilling installation option?
While we highly recommend drilling for maximum stability, we understand that some walls may not be suitable for drilling. If you are installing on a plasterboard wall, the package includes non-trace nails as an alternative. These are designed to minimize wall damage while providing secure support.
What are the power supply options for the illuminated mount?
LED version of the frame has two power supply options:
1. Power bank
2. Battery box (included in the accessory package) โ Three AA batteries needed
(Note: Battery box is a convenient and affordable backup when you don't have a power bank, but not a substitute for its capacity. For longer-lasting power, we recommend using a power bank.)
What is the function of the remote control?
The remote control provides convenient management of the lighting features. You can:
Turn the lights on and off
Adjust the brightness levels
Control the flashing or flickering modes
Note: The remote control is included only with illuminated version.
