This website, www.happybrickland.com.au (the “Site”), is operated by JNE Austrading Pty Ltd, trading as Happy Brick Land® (“Happy Brick Land”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our Site, browsing our products, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products from us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may use this Site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions, manufacturing tolerances or product revisions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, display products such as wall-mounted frames and acrylic display cases do not include LEGO® sets, models, minifigures or other display items shown in product images.
Where a product includes building blocks, lighting components, accessories or other items, this will be stated in the relevant product description.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary.
5. LEGO® and Third-Party Trademarks
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
Happy Brick Land® is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by or endorsed by the LEGO Group unless expressly stated otherwise.
Other trademarks, product names, brand names and intellectual property appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party brands are used only where reasonably necessary to identify compatibility, product fit or the products being displayed.
6. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on www.happybrickland.com.au are shown in the applicable currency displayed on the Site.
Where required, applicable GST or taxes will be handled in accordance with Australian law and the information displayed at checkout.
The final amount payable will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may use third-party payment providers. Their own terms and conditions may apply to your use of their services.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.
After you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;
- Delivery to the nominated address is not available;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
8. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the Site are correct.
If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious technical, typographical or system error, we may contact you before dispatch to explain the error.
Where appropriate, you may be offered the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery times and delivery restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Most Australian orders are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment warehouse. Where an item is unavailable locally, it may be dispatched from an international fulfilment warehouse.
We also ship eligible products to New Zealand.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any voluntary warranty offered by Happy Brick Land is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content to the Site.

- Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- Does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
