Welcome to the Happy Brick Land™ Return & Exchange Policy page. Please read the following instructions thoroughly before returning any products to us. If you have questions, our customer service team is happy to assist you.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services while adhering to Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please carefully review the following policy before requesting a refund or exchange.


1. Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind in the following cases:

  • You received the product you ordered but changed your mind.
  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere.
  • You decided you no longer like the product or have no use for it.
  • You mistakenly believed the product was a LEGO® model at the time of purchase.

2. Consumer Guarantees

You are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law in the following situations:

  • Issues caused by our error:

    • If we sent the wrong item or an item is missing due to our error, you may request a full or partial refund within 15 days of delivery, and we will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
  • Faulty products:

    • If the product has a quality issue not caused by misuse or human damage, you may request a refund, replacement, or repair. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
    • If you choose to keep the faulty product, we may offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchange for faulty items:

    • If the product has a quality issue that was not caused by misuse, you may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Once the problem is verified, we will provide a replacement. Refunds will not be offered in this case.
  • Repair service:

    • If the product requires repair due to a quality issue, we will provide free repair services within two years of delivery. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs and any applicable customs charges.
    • After two years, all repair and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Special Cases

  • Damaged during transit:

    • If your product was damaged during transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the item at service@happybrickland.com.au. Do not open the package and provide photos of the damage to assist with the claim.
  • Faulty products:

    • If you suspect a product is faulty, email us at service@happybrickland.com.au with your order number, item details, and a description of the issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund by contacting us at service@happybrickland.com.au or via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery and return the package in its original, unused, and unopened condition. We will refund the product price but shipping costs will be borne by you.

6. How to Return Packages

  1. Contact Us:

    • Reach out via the 'Contact Us' page on our website within the applicable return period.
    • Defective items must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Include photos or videos of the defect and the original packaging.
  2. Prepare the Return:

    • Pack the product in its original packaging.
    • Include the return label, order number, and a note indicating the reason for the return.
    • Ensure all original materials (manuals, accessories) are included.
  3. Ship the Package:

    • Use Australia Post or a courier service and provide the tracking number to us.
    • Returns must be postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery.
  4. Processing the Return:

    • Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item and proceed with the exchange, repair, or refund based on your preference.

7. Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
  • Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 7-21 business days after we receive the returned item.
